I’m Colette Baini, the founder and CEO of The Conference Room. Since 1997, I’ve been designing and delivering incentive travel and conference programs that turn big ideas into extraordinary experiences. Helping clients realize their event dreams is what I love most, and I’m known for producing unique, innovative events with a flawless performance record.

I’m passionate about creating connected experiences that challenge the status quo—moments that resonate deeply and leave a lasting impact on everyone involved.

In 2023, I was honored to receive the SITE Kevin Forde Spirit Award at the SITE Global Conference in New York. I also had the privilege of serving as the immediate past president of SITE Australia & New Zealand, continuing my commitment to advancing excellence in our industry.
